Mr. Estelle has been VP, ServSafe Alcohol & Regulatory Services since March of 2022. He is responsible for driving ServSafe Alcohol training and certifications by working closely with the NRA’s Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams. As a market expert, Mr. Estelle provides strategic oversight to all aspects of the Alcohol business, including training and certification needs, eLearning technology capabilities, regulatory trends, and guidance to products managers. Mr. Estelle will also be providing greater structure and success to ServSafe’s Instructor/Proctor model.
Prior to joining the National Restaurant Association, Mr. Estelle was the Vice President at Health Communications, Inc (providers of the TIPS and CAST Alcohol Server and Seller Training Programs). Joining HCI in 2004, Trevor had managed HCI’s growing training department for the past 17 years.
He and his various teams were responsible for coordinating train-the-trainer workshops, student certification support, corporate accounts, retaining current TIPS trainers, and government affairs. Trevor managed all operations involving TIPS trainer recruitment and retention. In addition, he was responsible for implementing, coordinating, and managing HCI’s marketing strategies.
